The TG33 is a hybrid vector synthesizer from 1990. Its sound engine includes both 12-bit wave ROM and FM sounds. It has a built-in joystick that can be used for realtime sound morphing in much the same way as the Korg Wavestation. It is available in keyboard form as the Yamaha SY35 or with a keyboard and 12-bit samples as the Yamaha SY22.
